I can't believe I have this little slice of my blogging past that I completely forgot about. Maybe I will get back into this again. Clearly, given the topics covered over a decade ago, I have a lot of interesting things to discuss... *SMH*

Grandpa Goes To College! Watch out Class of 2010 because Grandpa, as he is simply known, has been accepted to Michigan Tech University for the spring 2006 semester. Although he wishes that he took classes back in the 1950s when a semester of school was about $50, he still is excited about taking this step in his life. More importantly, as Grandpa recently mentioned in an interview with Hogwash, is that he is "looking forward to the keg parties and hooking up chicks." (editor's note: Grandma was unavailable for comment at press time). Grandpa's major is Undecided at this time, as he was hoping to major in Advanced Railroad Engineering or Golf, neither of which has ever been offered at the university. Hogwash Exclusive: Chicago Power Couple to Wed September 23rd

Chicago, IL- Move over Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes! A bigger wedding announcement is about to sweep America. Hogwash insiders have learned that the power couple Dawn and Kevin are set to wed September 23rd in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Further details have not been disclosed, but the couple was spotted in Milwaukee recently for an extended visit with representatives of the famed Eisner Museum, which is located in the historic third ward of downtown Milwaukee. Numerous calls made to representatives at the Eisner for further comment went unreturned. Sources do say that it is a done deal and word of the exact date got out to Hogwash through another undisclosed source. A friend close to the couple reveals that, "Kevin and Dawn are so in love that it sometimes makes me want to puke my guts out". Insiders report that a lot planning is yet to be done, including the prenuptial agreement. Former Publicist of the couple speculates that "Kevin is worth at least a few hundred dollars, possibly even upwards of a thousand bucks". A relative of the couple, who spoke in anonymity, says that couple is working on invitations and that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes will be on the guest list. The two women pictured above, known simply as "Grams" and "Mother", have been on the run for years from the local authorities and are now on the FBI's "Mosted Wanted" list. The dynamic duo are wanted in connection with several internet scams in which they have taken out larges lines of credit to purchase country decorating items and dolls. They were last seen in the Marquette, Michigan area hiding out at an apartment recently leased out by an individual by the name of Jeff.
